Dr. Tai Adeboboye
Dr. Tai is Pastor of Wilmar Heights Baptist Church,
a vibrant, growing and dynamic Multi-Cultural congregation in
Scarborough, Toronto, representing 22 countries - and growing. Pastor
Tai was born in Lagos, Nigeria on January
to godly Christian parents who were great catalysts to his early
spiritual formation. He was ordained to ministry in 1997 and has
pastored in several churches in Toronto for nearly 18 years.
He holds a B.Th.(Hons) from Central Baptist Seminary, a B.A. in Social
Development Studies from the University of Waterloo, M.Div. Heritage
Theological Seminary and a D.Min. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity
School in Illinois.
Many in Canada and Africa are discovering their destinies through the
dynamic and annointed preaching ministry of Pastor Tai.
In July 2006,
the Lord led Pastor Tai and the congregation of Wilmar Heights Baptist
Church to begin the Fresh Manna

His passion for the lost led
him to co-found the Toronto B.A.S.E. (Balancing
Academics with Sports
and Education) Ministry, a program targeted to help
at-risk youth to discover their potential and realize their dreams.
Several of the youth have not only come to Christ through this sports
ministry but have also gained NCAA basketball scholarships.
Dr. Tai has
also served on several local community boards and was a proud recipient
of the City of Toronto Millennium Achievement Award.
Pastor Tai his wife Marian and their four children, Adam,
Naomi, Daniel and Isaiah
currently reside in Ontario.
